Let me help you take a step or two back and observe your own life, assessing where you are lacking in different areas, what biblical abundance and order looks like in each of those areas, and, in practice, how to close the gap between lack and abundance, between chaos and order.
Married in my early twenties, I felt so undisciplined in many areas of my life, from finances to housekeeping to eating well. What I didn’t know then was that some knowledge and even the tiniest steps forward in any one direction would add up and spill over into other areas of my life over the years. From where I stand now, in my mid 50s, I look back in amazement that it was actually possible for me to grow and have the abundant life in Christ that I have now. I want you to have that same kind of experience.
HELP IN BUILDING YOUR LIFE
What I am offering to you is:
- Guided observation, to help you identify where you need to grow.
- Spiritual direction, for developing new mindsets and following Christ in real situations.
- Education and/or skill training when appropriate.
- Wisdom I have gained in my own life experience that might be of practical use to you in your journey.
- Organization of thoughts and actions.
- Resource ideas for further growth.
HOW IT WORKS
In a typical session, we will:
- Focus on one specific life area, such as homemaking or finances.
- Identify what you are lacking or where things feel chaotic in that area.
- Identify one or two God-honoring ideals you would like to work toward in that area.
- Discuss the scaffolding needed to support the determined ideal, in the way of mindset, skill building, and routine.
- Identify one or two practical action steps you can take during the following week, to start building that scaffolding.
I will be available by email, during the week, to answer questions.
Who I Am
I have been joyfully married and a homemaker for over 30 years and have raised two children who are thriving in life as followers of Christ. But I certainly didn’t start out with every area of my life in order. I have been in a life-long, steady process of God teaching me and growing me in every direction.
I have served women in church as women’s ministry director and through my devotional writing for years, so I am familiar with the struggles women have.
I have years of experience in teaching PLACE, which is a class that helps followers of Christ consider their personalities, spiritual gifting, best work environment, passions, and life experiences, to know where they are best suited to serve in the body of Christ. In teaching PLACE, I have conducted over sixty personal consultations with women.
I am a professional teacher and have years of experience in designing objectives and crafting experiences in which students can achieve those objectives.
I am extremely introspective, and I can help you take deep looks at yourself as well. I have an artistic, imaginative mind, so I can help you creatively reflect on where you are in life and imagine where God wants to take you in a way that is unique to you.
I have managed our finances and budget for decades, including old-fashioned paper budgeting and living on cash and now using the You Need A Budget App, helping us get to where we have no consumer debt and do have reserve savings, by God’s grace.
I have cleaned professionally, so I have a unique experience in caring for a home.
One of my greatest personal skills is being organized, in thought and in action, and I can help you look at where life feels chaotic and guide you to develop order that is a reflection of the orderly character of God.
Lastly, I have walked closely with Jesus for almost 50 years and am a trained Precepts Bible teacher. I am especially passionate about bringing the truth of the Bible into real life. Above everything I might possibly have to offer, it’s the life-changing truth of the word of God that I will hold in front of you, to inform the practice of everyday living.

Cost: $350.00, to be paid up front.
Single Sessions
$35 per session, to be paid at the time of service.
